Every Tuesday and Thursday during the 2012-13 competition year, Dave Snell introduces viewers to Bradley University student-athletes, coaches and staff in the Meet the Braves feature. This season's 11th installment of the series features junior outside hitter Alise Tupuritis.
A native of Des Plaines, Ill., Tupuritis talks about overcoming an injury suffered early in her freshman season, her start in the sport and reflects on her time at Bradley. Tupuritis leads the Braves with a 3.17 kills per set average.
Men's cross country senior Nick Skromme is scheduled to be featured in next Tuesday's episode of Meet the Braves.
