PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley used an efficient offensive attack, matching a season-low with just seven attack errors, in a 25-23, 25-17, 25-20 victory against Indiana State to wrap up a season-long, four-match home stand Saturday at Renaissance Coliseum.

Junior Amy Angelos (Waukegan, Ill./Waukegan) had nine kills on 12 attacks with no hitting errors, while freshman setter Jessica Teel (San Antonio, Texas/Claudia Taylor Johnson) had a season-best 31 assists to help pace the Braves' attack.

The first set was close throughout with both teams hitting over .300 in the frame.  With the score knotted at 22-22, a Madelyn Ervin (Lewis Center, Ohio/Olentangy) kill gave BU a 23-22 edge.  An Indiana State setting error put Bradley (8-14 overall, 2-9 MVC) in front 24-22 and the duo of Courtney Keefe (Lemont, Ill./Lemont) and Allie Falter (Lincoln, Neb./Pius X) combined for a block after a Sycamore kill to close out a 25-23 BU win.

The Braves won in convincing fashion in the second set, hitting a blistering .520 in the set as Bradley took a two-sets-to-none lead with a 25-17 victory.  Angelos was a perfect 4-for-4 on attack attempts in the second set, while Keefe added four kills on seven swings and five digs to help highlight the second frame.  BU collected 14 kills with just one hitting error in the second set.

Bradley jumped out to a 5-1 lead early in the third set and never trailed in the 25-20 win to complete the sweep.  Indiana State (3-18 overall, 1-10 MVC) pulled within a point on several occasions and trailed 16-15 after an ace before the Braves put the set out of reach.  Angelos opened a 6-1 BU spurt with a block and kill as the Braves built a 22-16 advantage.  Angelos, who hit .750 in the match, tallied four kills on six attacks in the third set to highlight the win.

In addition to Angelos' team-best nine kills, Keefe and Ervin each notched eight kills to help lead Bradley offensively.  Keefe added 14 digs, while Ervin served up three aces and boasted a .467 attack percentage.  Teel collected a season-best 31 assists and junior Lauren Zerante (Elmhurst, Ill./York) led Bradley defensively with a match-high 15 digs.  Junior Alise Tupuritis added six kills with no errors, helping the Braves to their best attack percentage (.330) since the opening weekend of the season.

Three Indiana State players reached double figures in kills led by Molly Murphy and Shea Doran, who each had 11 kills.  Victoria Swigart hit .471 and had a double-double, finishing with 10 kills and 11 digs to help lead the Sycamores.

Bradley returns to action Friday, opening a two-match Missouri Valley Conference road swing with a 7 p.m. match at Missouri State.
