PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley men's basketball team will host NCAA Division II Lewis in its only exhibition game of the preseason Sunday afternoon when the teams meet for a 2:05 p.m. tilt at Carver Arena. Sunday's game is part of Bradley's 16-game season-ticket package and individual tickets ($8-20) are currently on sale at the Shea Stadium Box Office, Carver Arena Box Office, all TicketMaster outlets and online at www.BradleyBraves.com. Coming off its fourth consecutive season with at least 21 wins, Bradley (21-15) is preparing for its 106th men's basketball season. Including a 4-1 record during their August trip to Brazil, the Braves are 53-13 (.803) all-time in exhibition games. Additionally, the Braves are 17-6 (739) in preseason games at Carver Arena, 18-1 (.947) all-time against college teams in exhibition action and 22-2 (.917) in exhibition play under eighth-year head coach Jim Les. Sunday's game will be the fifth all-time meeting between Bradley and Lewis, although each of the last three games in the series also were exhibition contests. Including the exhibition meetings, Bradley is 4-0 all-time against the Flyers. The Braves earned that fourth win against Lewis in last year's preseason opener, a 74-61 victory Nov. 2, 2008 at Carver Arena. For those fans unable to attend Sunday's game, 1470 WMBD will provide a radio broadcast. Free audio streams will be available online at www.BradleyBraves.com and www.1470WMBD.com. Live stats also will be available on Bradley's official athletic department website, www.BradleyBraves.com.
