With the opening of Renaissance Coliseum, Bradley University has the opportunity to host a wide range of sporting events and entertainment acts, and a maximum of 500 fans have the opportunity to secure the same reserved seats for the events of their choice throughout the each year. Built on the same footprint as the former Robertson Memorial Fieldhouse on the west end of campus, Renaissance Coliseum seats approximately 4,200 fans for ticketed events, which includes all Bradley University volleyball and women's basketball home games, selected Braves men's basketball games, high school sporting events and concerts.
A maximum of 500 Personal Seat Options (PSO's) are available in two price levels. Known as PSO Gold, approximately 50 cushioned, leather courtside seats are available for the annual price of $1000 each. At an annual fee of $500 each, the additional PSO seats may be selected from the permanent seats surrounding the court in the main arena bowl.
Included with the PSO purchase are tickets to all ticketed Bradley Athletics sponsored events in the selected seat(s). PSO members also receive preferred status to purchase tickets in their seat(s) for all other events in Renaissance Coliseum, excluding commencement ceremonies, during a 12-month period from August 1-July 31. In addition, PSO members receive premium reserved parking in the adjacent Main Street Parking Deck.
In order to participate in the PSO program, please complete the PSO Application online by clicking HERE or please print the accompanying PDF form and return the completed form to the Bradley Ticket Office in Renaissance Coliseum (1601 W. Main Street, Peoria, IL 61625). The Bradley Ticket Office will maintain a waiting list for the PSO program and will schedule seat-selection appointments beginning in early August. All payments are due in full upon the selection of PSO seats.

Does my PSO guarantee my seats for all events in Renaissance Coliseum?
Each PSO purchase includes tickets to all ticketed Bradley Athletics sponsored events at Renaissance Coliseum in the selected seats. PSO owners will be given preferred status to purchase tickets in their seats for all other ticketed events (not including commencement ceremonies) in Renaissance Coliseum from August 1-July 31. In the event a PSO owner's seat location(s) will not be utilized, the Bradley Ticket Office would appreciate notification so that the seat(s) may be made available to the general public.
How do I claim my PSO seats for non Bradley Athletics events?
The Bradley Athletics Ticket Office will contact all PSO members via email with notification of upcoming events and deadlines to purchase tickets in PSO locations for those events. Any PSO seat locations unclaimed by the designated deadline will be made available to the general public.
What is the difference between PSO and PSO Gold?
PSO refers to Personal Seat Options in any permanent seat in the Renaissance Coliseum bowl and may be purchased for $500 each. PSO Gold also is a Personal Seat Option, but located in cushioned, leather courtside seats, and available for $1,000 each.
What happens if my seat location is not available due to a particular event setup?
Prior to events going on sale to the general public, PSO members will be provided the opportunity to select alternate seat locations for events their courtside seats are not available.
Do I receive free parking with my PSO?
All parking in the Main Street Parking Deck will be free during all ticketed events at Renaissance Coliseum. PSO owners, however, will receive reserved parking in premium locations in the Main Street Parking Deck for all events they claim their seats.
Is my PSO tax deductible?
No, a PSO is not a donation to the University, but a license fee for the seat.
Can I buy additional seats at Renaissance Coliseum for ticketed events in addition to exercising my PSO option?
Yes, subject to availability. PSO members will be allowed to buy additional seats for ticketed events at the time they exercise their option to buy tickets in their seats. The location of additional seats, however, are subject to availablility.
Does my men's basketball season-ticket package include tickets to men's basketball games in Renaissance Coliseum?
No. The Bradley men's basketball season-ticket package includes all preseason and regular-season games played at the Peoria Civic Center's Carver Arena. All Bradley men's basketball games played at Renaissance Coliseum will be ticketed separately as individual events.
Do I have to buy postseason tickets for Bradley Athletics events?
No. As part of your PSO membership, tickets for all potential volleyball, women's basketball and men's basketball postseason tournament games at Renaissance Coliseum will be included at no additional charge. In the event a PSO owner's seat location(s) will not be utilized, however, the Bradley Ticket Office would appreciate notification so that the seat(s) may be made available to the general public.
What if I only want to buy Bradley Women's Basketball or Volleyball Season Tickets, can I still do this?
Yes, women's basketball and volleyball season tickets are available in individual packages and are currently on sale through the Bradley Ticket Office. Seating locations, however, will not be determined until after PSO selections in early August. Women's Basketball season tickets for the 2011-12 season will be $75 for the general public and $30 for Bradley University faculty and staff. Volleyball season tickets for the 2011 season will be $50 for adults, $25 for children (k-12) and free for Bradley University faculty and staff.
Are any seats blocked from consideration in the PSO plan?
Yes. Bradley Athletics will reserve approximately 1200 seats in a designated student section, as well as 150 seats for the participating schools.
