TOLEDO, Ohio - Bradley teammates David Koll (Lake Elmo, Minn./Stillwater Area H.S.) and Max Murphy (Robbinsdale, Minn./Cooper H.S.) will re-unite Wednesday as teammates for the North squad in the 2012 Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League All-Star Game.

The GLSCL All-Star Game will be played Wednesday at All Pro Freight Stadium in Avon, Ohio.

One of eight starting pitchers for the North team, Koll also is one of nine All-Star representatives from the Licking County Settlers.  The 6-foot-3 left-hander is 1-0 in five appearances for Licking County and he ranks ninth in the GLSCL with a 2.89 earned run average and he is fourth in the league with 31 strikeouts in 28.0 innings pitched.

Murphy is one of five players representing the Stark County Terriers, which are co-hosting the All-Star Game with the Lake Erie Monarchs, and he enters the break as the league's ninth-leading hitter with a .355 batting average.  A Freshman All-American for the Braves in 2012, Murphy leads the GLSCL with 39 hits and shares the league lead with 25 runs scored.  He also is tied for second in the league with five home runs , tied for third with nine doubles and tied for fourth with 18 runs batted in.  Murphy has reached base in 20 consecutive games and has hit safely in 15 of his last 17 games with a .423 average (30-71) in those 17 games.

Among the other highlights for the Braves on the summer collegiate league circuit:

Bradley teammates Chris Godinez (Lake Bluff, Ill./Lake Forest H.S.), Stephen Toma (Bristol, Ill./Yorkville H.S.) and Graig Weber (Columbia Heights, Minn./Fridley H.S.) will lead the El Dorado (Kan.) Broncos into the National Baseball Congress 2012 Midwest Regional this weekend in Wichita, Kan.  El Dorado is one of three Jayhawk League teams that will participate in the 12-team Midwest Regional, a qualifier for the NBC World Series later this summer at Wichita's Lawrence-Dumont Stadium.

Steve Adkins (Elmhurst, Ill./York H.S.) - Pitching for the Chillicothe (Mo.) Mudcats, the junior right-handed pitcher leads the M.I.N.K. Greg Partyka (Bartlett, Ill./Bartlett H.S.) - Playing for the Vermont Mountaineers in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, Partyka and his summer teammates participated in an Independence Day exhibition against the Great Britain U23 national team Wednesday.  Partyka's first-inning RBI single contributed to Vermont's 15-1 victory.  He added his second home run of the NECBL season as part of a 3-for-5 performance in Saturday's 12-9 loss to Danbury.

Eric Paulson (Barrington, Ill./Fremd H.S.) - In three games for the M.I.N.K. League's Ozark (Mo.) Generals last week, Paulson was 4-for-10 with two walks, five runs scored and an RBI.
