Every Tuesday and Thursday during the 2012-13 competition year, Dave Snell will introduce viewers to Bradley University student-athletes, coaches and staff in the Meet the Braves feature.  This season's series begins with Bradley Soccer goalkeeper Brian Billings.

A native of Apple Valley, Minn., Billings has helped the Braves to consecutive appearances in the NCAA Tournament in his first two years between the pipes.  An All-Missouri Valley Conference Tournament Team selection in each of his first two seasons, Billings was a second-team All-MVC pick and third-team NSCAA All-Midwest Region selection in 2011 after posting a 14-6-2 record with a 0.94 goals against average and 0.816 saves percentage.  He has started 40 games in the net during his first two seasons and ranks third in school history with a 0.797 career saves percentage and 1.12 career goals against average.  As a freshman, Billings was between the pipes when the Braves prevailed in a penalty kick shootout against SIU-Edwardsville in the championship game of the 2010 MVC Men's Soccer Championship at Shea Stadium.

Volleyball player Madelyn Ervin will be featured in Tuesday's episode of Meet the Braves.
