PEORIA, Ill. -- Spotlighted introductions of the 2010-11 Bradley men's and women's basketball teams, dance performances by both teams, prizes for three Bradley students and a jaw-dropping dunk by a Braves freshman highlighted the inaugural Hoopla on the Hilltop event Friday night at Renaissance Coliseum.
Assistant Director of Athletic Communications Dave Snell provides a video recap of Friday night's entertaining show.
Both teams will return to the Renaissance Coliseum floor Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. when they co-host the annual Red-White Scrimmage. Tickets for the intrasquad scrimmage are $10 for the general public, $5 for Bradley University faculty and staff and free for Bradley University students. Red-White Scrimmage tickets may be purchased in advance at the Renaissance Coliseum box office and also may be used for free admission to the Oct. 24 soccer game (2 p.m.) versus Evansville at Shea Stadium. Coliseum doors will open at 4:30 for the Red-White Scrimmage and the popular Chili Supper menu ($5) will be added to the concessions offerings with tables located throughout the concourse and hospitality rooms.
