at Bradley (2010-12)
After tying for fourth on the team with 17 singles wins as a freshman in 2010-11, Weerasinghe tied for third on the squad with 24 wins in 2011-12 ... Played in each of the top five singles positions throughout the spring and ended the year in the No. 2 position ... As a freshman, Weerasinghe joined Justin Abrams as the first BU player with 20 doubles wins in a season since 1989-90 and his 21 doubles victories tied for the seventh-best season total in program history ... Teamed with Ahmed Albitar for an 8-3 doubles record in the spring of 2012, including a 3-2 record in Valley play.

Ranked #1 in Class of 2010 in Minnesota ... Posted an all-time record of 137-15 (.901) during his prep career ... Was state singles champ at #1 singles in 2008 and 2009 ... Won the state championship at #3 singles in 2006 ... Four-time all-conference performer.
