KENNESAW, Ga. -- Bradley's final game in its season-opening weekend at Kennesaw State was rained out Sunday morning.  The Braves (1-2) were leading the host Owls (0-2), 2-0, heading into the bottom of the second.

Second baseman Rob Elliott had extended his hitting streak to six games by going 2-for-2 with a run scored and freshman centerfielder Max Murphy had an RBI double to lead the early Bradley offense.

The Braves will return to action next weekend by playing three games in Nashville, Tenn., Saturday against both Arkansas-Little Rock and host Belmont, followed by a Sunday morning game against UALR.
