Bradley Re-Launches Little Braves Club

PEORIA, Ill. – Presented by Ameren Illinois Kids ActOnEnergy, the new Bradley Little Braves Club is offering free membership to the first 500 children in eighth grade and younger, one of several new benefits in the re-vamped kids club for the 2013-14 athletics year.

The Little Braves Club is an organization exclusively for Braves fans in eighth grade and younger, in accordance with NCAA rules. The club provides kids the opportunity to be more involved with Bradley student-athletes and to show their spirit, even if they do not live close to campus.

Membership benefits in the Little Braves Club will include:

  • Free official Little Braves Club membership card
  • Free admission to all Bradley Braves regular-season home games, excluding men’s basketball, for the Little Braves Club card holder
  • Free Little Braves Club t-shirt
  • Free access to EXCLUSIVE Little Braves Club events
  • Free birthday card
  • Free newsletters and emails with special content featuring your favorite Bradley Braves teams, student-athletes and coaches.

Registration in the Little Braves Club for any Bradley fan in eighth grade our younger begins Aug. 1 and may be done by completing an online application at BradleyBraves.com  under the "BU Support" tab, downloading a PDF version of the membership application form and returning it to Bradley Athletics Marketing (1501 W. Bradley Avenue, Renaissance Coliseum, Peoria, IL 61625) or by completing the membership application form in person at Renaissance Coliseum.

The first Bradley Athletics home events of the 2013-14 school year are Aug. 30 when both the soccer and volleyball teams host multi-team tournaments. The Bradley volleyball team will welcome Western Illinois, Maryland-Eastern Shore and Tennessee-Martin for the CEFCU Classic Aug. 30-31 at Renaissance Coliseum, while the soccer Braves will host Evansville, Massachusetts and New Hampshire in The Hotels at Grand Prairie Classic Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 at Shea Stadium.
