ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Senior catcher Kevin Sullivan (Elmhurst, Ill./Oakton J.C./York H.S.) was named to the Preseason All-Missouri Valley Conference Baseball team announced by the league office Tuesday.

Sullivan played in 34 games as a junior, including 24 starts behind the plate. He finished the season with a .277 average, 15 runs batted in, 12 runs and seven doubles. Defensively, the 6-foot-5 stopper threw out eight would-be base stealers and committed just five errors to finish with a .975 fielding percentage.

Bradley will open the 2010 season Friday, Feb. 26 at the Service Academy Spring Classic in Millington, Tenn. with a 12 p.m. game against Pittsburgh. The Braves opened the 2009 season with a 9-8 10-inning victory over the Panthers at the Service Academy Spring Classic.
