Men’s Basketball Announces 2017-18 Broadcast Schedule

The Bradley men's basketball program finalized its game times and television coverage for the 2017-18 campaign on Thursday. Overall, the Braves are set to be featured on 27 broadcasts during the season, including all 15 games at home.

Of the team's televised games, the Missouri Valley Conference announced on Thursday that Bradley will be featured a conference-high five times on the MVC TV Network, which includes coverage on FOX Sports Midwest – along with sister regional cable outlets FOX Sports Indiana and Kansas City – and NBC Sports Chicago (formerly known as Comcast SportsNet Chicago). ESPN3 will also distribute the productions outside the two networks' combined six-state regional footprint – Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

The Braves' home game against Loyola (Jan. 31) as well as road contests at Loyola (Jan. 13), Illinois State (Jan. 17), Valparaiso (Feb. 17) and Missouri State (Feb. 21) are all set for MVC TV Network.

Bradley will also feature on NBC Sports Chicago+ during the non-conference season when the Braves host Eastern Illinois on Dec. 1. Three of Bradley's road non-conference games will also be broadcast on conference digital networks – San Diego State on Dec. 3 (Mountain West Network), Southeast Missouri State on Dec. 20 (OVC Digital Network) and Mississippi on Dec. 22 (SEC Network+).

The Braves' regular-season finale versus Indiana State is also eligible for the MVC Wildcard selection with a possibility of either airing on ESPN or CBS Sports Network. All other remaining home games and MVC contests will air on The Valley on ESPN3.

The league also announced its coverage for the 2018 State Farm MVC Championship. The first six contests will air on FOX Sports and NBC Sports Chicago before the semifinals are shown on CBS Sports Network and the title contest will air on CBS for a 13th-straight season.

Bradley officially opens the 2017-18 regular season on Saturday, November 11 with a home game against IUPUI. Game time at Carver Arena is set for 1 p.m. and will be shown live on ESPN3.
