Sophomore center Koch Bar is the second player featured in the Bradley men's basketball "Get to Know the Braves" series.

Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Freshman Team in 2016-17, Bar averaged 6.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.2 blocks as a rookie. He led all MVC freshmen in rebounds (13th overall) and blocks (third overall), while his 41 total blocks are the third most in school history by a freshman – trailing only first-round NBA picks Patrick O'Bryant and Danny Granger.

Overall, Bar led the Braves in boards in 11 games, while his 51.7 field goal percentage also ranked first on the team.
