Barker has appeared in 59 games in his two seasons on The Hilltop, making 28 starts. He has averaged 3.6 points and 3.2 rebounds per game in his collegiate career, making 47.0 percent of his field goals.

During his rookie season, Barker ranked third among MVC freshmen with 4.5 boards per game. He scored a career-best 17 points against Big East foe Seton Hall during the 2015-16 campaign, while registering his first career double-double that same year with 12 points and 13 rebounds against Missouri State.
