The 15th-annual Braves Club Bids for the Braves Auction, presented by Hometown Community Banks, is set for Saturday, Oct. 28 at Renaissance Coliseum and tickets for the event are now on sale.

The theme for the 2017 Bids for the Braves is Haunted Hilltop and Halloween costumes are encouraged for all attendees. The Braves Club's premier fundraising event helps provide recruiting budgets for each athletic program, academic services for Bradley student-athletes and toward improving BU athletic facilities.

"Undeniably, this is the best value for a night out in Peoria!" said Braves Club Auction Committee Chair Steve Shaw. "You will be treated to professional chef-inspired food stations that will satisfy any appetite. As well as a full bar with special-themed cocktails and exclusive live and silent auction items. Plus, every dollar raised goes straight to supporting all 15 Bradley teams. Come dressed in your finest Halloween costume and together we can make this the best Bids for the Braves Auction ever!"

"We're honored to be sponsoring Bids for the Braves Auction again this year," said Bruce Huber, Exec VP of Morton Community Bank. "Everyone is certain to enjoy supporting Bradley athletics, while enjoying an entertaining evening."

Doors open at 5 p.m. and the evening's activities include dinner and cocktails, live and silent auctions, the opportunity to socialize with Bradley student-athletes, coaches and staff in addition to games and prizes.

Tickets start at $100 for Braves Club members and $115 for general public. For more information and to make a reservation, visit the Bids for the Braves Auction website (CLICK HERE) or call the Braves Club Office at (309) 677-2667.

And don't worry if you can't attend the event on Oct. 28 – you can still participate in the auction and supporting the Braves through mobile bidding.
